Resignation and appointment of director


N1 Holdings Limited (ASX: N1H or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Jensen as a director, effective immediately.


Paul is an experienced Director with over 30 years of commercial, corporate, governance and finance experience. Paul worked for the Lloyds Bank Group in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom prior to holding several senior executive roles in the funds management sector. Paul is now a professional non-executive director.


Prior to joining N1H, Paul held directorships in a number of ASX-listed companies, including HFA Holdings Limited (ASX: HFA), Clime Investment Management Limited (ASX: CIW), RHG Limited (ASX: RHG), Murchison Metals Limited (ASX: MMX), WAM Capital Limited (ASX: WAM) and Hunter Hall Global Value Limited (ASX: HHV) (now Pengana International Equities Limited (ASX: PIA)). Paul is currently a non-executive director at Forty Winks Pty Ltd.


In the philanthropy area, Paul is the non-executive chairman of the Watarrka Foundation and he was a founding director of the Future Generation Investment Company Limited (ASX: FGX) .Paul holds a commerce degree in Accounting and Commercial Law and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Separately, the Company notes the receipt of independent director Tarun Kanji’s resignation, effective with immediate effect. Tarun has been an independent director of the Company since its initial public offering and listing on ASX in 2016. The Company thanks Tarun for his many years of service as an independent and valued voice for all stakeholders in the Company. The board and management wish him well for future endeavours.
